The Ballast wiring was in bad shape, only one bulb lit and very dimly at that. After some work the ballast works and three out of four bulbs do also. After taking a closer look at what I have and what is available I think I am going to use this for the initial set up if needed and then go to PC lighting as soon as I can.
The Sump is in decent shape. I think I will clean it up and sell it, I have plans to use a 20-30 gallon long tank as a sump instead. I need the bigger sump because I would like to keep the heaters skimmer and the return pump all in Sump to reduce the chance of leaks.
The power heads are both nonfunctional. I think the MaxiJet 1000 on the left is still functional but the impeller is broken, I may buy a new impeller and keep it as a backup.
The random desk fans, of another sump, and screen material is going to be donated to the dumpster.
The stand isn't perfect and the tank is a little rough in places but for $90 is gets me going on my way to a reef setup so what the hell.
