Wireless Model Rocket Launcher

This project began as a DEI 710T keyless entry taken from my old car.  The 710T requires 12V to operate, so I disassembled two R/C battery packs and rebuilt them as two 6V batteries.  These were then placed in series for 12V.  My R/C charger can only charge packs between 4.8V and 9.6V, so I kept separate harnesses for each 6V battery to allow charging.

Since this is used to launch model rockets, I wanted as many levels of safety built into it as I could.  First, it operates on the third channel of the 710T, which requires both buttons on the remote to be pressed at the same time.  Next, the power switch on the unit fully disconnects all power to everything.  Lastly, two relays were used, so both output banana jacks are completely disconnected until the third channel is active.
