AudioControl 24XS 24db/octave crossover with phase shift

This 24XS is in great condition.  There are scuffs and chips in the paint around the mounting holes, but no other damage to the top surfaces.  The bottom side has a few scuffs as well.  These crossovers do show up for sale every so often, but not many of them are in as nice condition as this one is.
